• Handling inquiries and consultations regarding service adoption
• Overseas VA matching and contract execution
• Account creation and delivery of the operations management tool

• Inquiry stage: name, email, company name, phone (optional), inquiry content
• Contract and operations stage: contact name, email, phone, business registration information, payment and remittance information
• Service usage stage: access IP, cookies, service usage records

3. Retention Period

The Company retains personal information until the purpose of collection is fulfilled or the user requests deletion. However, information may be retained as required by applicable laws:

• Records of contracts or subscription withdrawal: 5 years
• Records of payment and supply of goods: 5 years
